PHILOSOPHY

I believe you are the expert of your own lived experiences. In our therapy work together, I take a person-centered approach, creating a space where you feel safe to share your story and are met with empathy, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard.

Who do I support?
As someone who has personally experienced the transformative journey of becoming a mother, I am passionate about supporting individuals at any stage of their parenthood journey. With that in mind, I specialize in perinatal mental health, including but not limited to postpartum mood disorders, grief and loss of pregnancy, identity shifts in motherhood, fertility challenges, and balancing personal needs with parenting.

Why Pure Mind?
A pure mind is one that isn’t weighed down by negative emotions and is open to personal growth and transformation. At Pure Mind, we understand the unique emotional challenges of pregnancy and new parenthood. Together, we’ll explore and gently release the thoughts, patterns, or past experiences that may be affecting your well-being—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself and your journey into parenthood.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation because finding the right therapeutic fit is an essential first step on your healing journey. This time allows us to connect, discuss your needs, and ensure that you feel comfortable moving forward.

PERSONAL ENJOYMENT

Outside of the therapy office, I find joy both in the great outdoors—whether it's hiking through trails or hitting the ski slopes—and in quieter moments at home, cozying up on the couch with my family for a relaxing movie day.

I look forward to joining you on your path to wellness, today.
