  • Therapy can be helpful whether you are navigating postpartum anxiety, motherhood overwhelm, relationship stress, identity shifts, burnout, or simply feeling emotionally exhausted. You do not need to be in crisis to deserve support.

  • The first session is a space to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals, experiences, and current challenges. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before starting.

  • Yes. Virtual therapy sessions are available for clients located throughout Colorado.

  • Yes. In-person therapy options may be available depending on scheduling and services offered, including Walk & Talk Therapy sessions in the Denver area.

  • Yes. Support is available for postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, identity shifts, motherhood overwhelm, emotional regulation, burnout, and the transition into parenthood.

  • Perinatal mental health refers to emotional and mental health support during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood.

  • Walk and talk therapy is a movement-based therapy approach where sessions take place outdoors while walking together in a calm environment rather than inside a traditional office setting.

  • Walk & Talk Therapy can be especially supportive for clients experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, or difficulty opening up in traditional office environments.

  • No. Sessions are paced gently and are not exercise-focused. Walks are adjusted based on comfort, accessibility, and individual needs.

  • Groups are designed to provide support, connection, emotional processing, and shared understanding in a safe and supportive environment with other moms navigating similar experiences.

  • Topics may include:

    • postpartum mental health

    • motherhood identity

    • burnout

    • emotional regulation

    • anxiety

    • self-compassion

    • nervous system support

    • connection and community

  • Pure Mind Wellness is currently private pay. Superbills may be available for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on your insurance provider. I also have a couple of sliding scale openings you can inquire about.

  • Most therapy sessions are approximately 53 minutes unless otherwise discussed.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session rate.
