The Postpartum Bridge

Supporting Moms. Strengthening Communities.

A collaborative offering from FIT4MOM Southwest Denver x Pure Mind Wellness

The early postpartum season can feel like a lot to hold. The Postpartum Bridge offers a welcoming space for moms to breathe, connect, reflect, and feel supported as they navigate the transition into motherhood.

Each gathering explores one of six conversations:

Connection • Recovery • Regulation • Identity • Village • Moving Forward

This is a continuous circle of support, which means you can begin anytime. Each gathering stands on its own, so you don't have to start at the beginning or attend every session.

Babies are welcome. Come as you are.

Choose How You’d Like To Join Us.

Gatherings are held Thursdays at 9:30 AM — join us in person at Clement Park or virtually through Google Meet. We'll meet outdoors while weather permits and move indoors when needed.

Our first gathering is Thursday, October 15.

Each gathering stands on its own. Come when you can, choose the conversations that speak to you, and stay connected as long as you'd like.
